It's Been Awhile
Wow, I haven't updated in quite awhile and I'm sorry about that =( I want to say thank you for my comments! Yay! Finally comments can be posted on my page! Maybe this will be sort of a motivation for me to get serious and start posting blogs religiously! lol
I cannot believe that this semester is more than half way finished. It seems like it just started! This year FLEW by for me! I have so many projects to do for school I'm really beginning to stress out. This weekend was actually pretty productive when it came to school work, I started my ADHD research for my psychology class. I typed up an outline and got my works cited straightened out. I also did a bunch of math homework and started reading for history - only 2 more chapters before Thursday! I'm going to make a "To-Do" list and post it on the site. Hopefully having other people see what I need to do will motivate me hehe
I really can't believe it's already NOVEMBER! Which means we're going into busy season at work.. =/ The only good thing about that is that it means $$$. But other than that I'm going to be exhausted. =( Instead of my usual 9-5 hours I'm going to be doing 8-6 and school on top of that. Ohh how I miss being in high school.. Never thought I'd say that!!
I've been watching a lot of TV lately. I love the fall, all the new shows come on. So far I've been watching or trying to watch; 90210, The Hills, Gossip Girl, Desperate Housewives, The Real Housewives of ATL. That's all I can think of right now lol. OMG, I don't think I've mentioned this yet.. We got a kitten!! Well, technically it's my sisters but she's never home anymore lol Her name is Lexi and she is ADORABLE! I never used to like cats, but she is definatly growing on me.
Busy, Busy, Busy
I haven't updated in a while =( I've just been soo busy lately! I have a tonn of homework to get done this weekend, or what's left of it anyway. Right now I'm trying to do my English essay and I'm having such a hard time. We have to pick a poem 24 lines or less and analyze it. I can't even decide on which poem to do!! I supposed I should have started this earlier. I really need to get a blog that people can leave comments on! I am totally going to work on that lol. This site is still under so much construction but I promise, one day it will be complete! hehe Well, now back to my essay...
Random Blurb
It's been awhile since I last updated, sorry about that! :( I've been soo busy with school & work I have hardly had time to work on the site! I've had so much reading to do in my classes I can barely keep up with it all. I'm supposed to read three chapters of psychology and I have an english quiz tomorrow! Today is James' Birthday!! I got him NHL 09 for Xbox 360. I have hardly got to see him all week since he's been doing over-nights at work.. I hatee it! At least he's off the weekend for once hahaa. It's almost 10:00, I gotta lay down and get some rest, I have classes from 8:00-3:15 then I have to come home and SERIOUSLY clean my room for once! lol
First Day of School
Hey everyone! I just got home from work a few minutes ago. Another longgg day =( Yesterday was my first day of school, overall it went pretty good. I got to see some "local celebrity" sightings. (Lucky Charms, Chipmunk Cheeks) hehe. I'm hoping that my classes are easy this semester and don't totally suck! I'm taking: Survey of Mathematical Reasoning (this class is supposed to be easy, but I think it deals with a LOT of logic which I can't stand!), The Exceptional Child (Psychology), Modern American History, Communications, and Intro to Literature. After my last class I figured I would go over to the bookstore and get some books. It was a little after 3:00 so I was assuming that it wouldn't be too crowded... HAHA, yeah right. There was literally a line out the door (of the building) just to get INTO the book store. So I decided to order my books on Amazon. Two of them came today which was good, since my professors said I needed them ASAP. I think I'm going to like going to school only Tues/Thurs because I don't have to work after lol. Well, that's all for now. :)
Last "Summer" Weekend
This was a longg weekend! I just got back a few hours ago from dropping Jessica off at college. We went up Saturday night and helped her move in all of her stuff. It was sad to leave her there :( James went to Roosevelt Field and he told me he got me a present. Of course he wouldn't tell me what it was, which made the car ride home soo long. He called Jessica & Liz and asked if I already had what he got and what they thought, how cute! lol We finally got home around 8 and James came right over. He walks up to me with a black box and I see it's from Bloomingdales. I opened it and it was a Burberry Scarf! I couldn't even believe it! I've always wanted one, but I didn't think I would ever get a real one! And it wasn't even for any occasion, just because he's cute like that!
Anyways, I gotta get ready for bed since I have work tomorrow (9-6) and then school starts on TUESDAY! I can't even believe how fast this summer went :(
